Vinification:
80% in stainless steel vats and 20% in new French oak wooden barrels.
Ageing:
80% of the grapes were vinified using direct pressing and fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 15C. The other 20% aged in new French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Color: With straw citrus bright colour.
Nose: This wine is fresh, intense, complex and very aromatic. Full of fresh fruit, it resembles pineapple and pear with citrus nuances and some minerality. It's engaging and very pleasant.
Mouth: In the mouth the first sensation is freshness, very rich and balanced, immediately appearing fresh, ripe fruit, with some pineapple and spices, making it full, gluttonous and very pleasant to drink.
